SHIPPING
All orders are shipped for a $5.95 flat rate VIA USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
We do our very best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of when they are received (Mon – Fri). The average arrival time from the date shipped is typically 2 – 5 business days. At this time, Call Me California ships only within the United States. Sales tax must be charged to all orders within the state of California.

Call Me California uses Stripe to process all credit card orders. This is a secure service and allows our customers to use all major credit cards.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the shipping date and must meet the following conditions:
* All items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and with the original tags attached.
* An order# or name of purchaser is required for any exchange or return.
* Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, hosiery (socks and tights), beauty products, custom orders, and promotional or sale items are non-returnable and considered FINAL SALE.
* By purchasing from www.CallMeCalifornia.com you accept these terms and conditions.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please use the Returns and Exchange Form (link below) indicating the reason for the return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling fees for items returned to Call Me California. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are typically processed within one week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Please secure the proper information in regards to your return. We recommend obtaining tracking information as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. Adult Havaianas run large. It is typically best to buy a size smaller than your regular shoe size to ensure the best fit. Also, we do our very best to ensure the durability and quality of each creation, however, stones can be lost. Please treat your new flip flops with care.
